We’re looking for a
Business Development & Growth Manager
who can drive
lead generation, client acquisition, and growth strategies
for WTP. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, chasing ambitious targets, and shaping how brands engage with content.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify and research potential clients (agencies, CMOs, startup founders, brand managers, international prospects).
Execute cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Client Acquisition & Sales
Pitch WTP’s content production capabilities and tailor solutions to client needs.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals.
Onboard new clients smoothly in collaboration with the production team.
Growth & Partnerships
Explore strategic partnerships with agencies and brands for long-term collaboration.
Analyze client feedback and market trends to refine WTP’s offerings.
Suggest creative growth experiments to expand WTP’s reach.
Account Management (Light-Touch)
Maintain relationships with acquired clients to encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in
business development / sales / growth
(media, advertising, or creative agencies mandatory).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Self-starter with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Comfortable with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and data-driven prospecting.
Passion for media, advertising, and storytelling is a plus.
