Lorven Technologies Hiring for Senior HR Executive.

Location : Trichy

Experience : 3+Years

Salary : Industry Standard

Responsibilities :

HR Reporting : Compile data, generate reports, and analyze key HR metrics.

Promote an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, creativity, teamwork, and high performance.

Should have excellent Communication

Administer various HR functions such as new hire paperwork, pre-employment background checks and drug testing, and employee records management.

Policy and Procedure : Assist in policy communication and implementation.

Should have hands on Recruitment experience.

Payroll & Statutory

Very Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)

Good presentation skills
