Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead Business Development, Marketing, and Government Tender Management for the North Africa region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, managing key regulatory relationships, and executing successful market strategies for ARVs, HIV and Generic Specialty products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Market Expansion

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the North African markets (e.g., Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Morocco, Tunisia, Sudan, etc.).
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with local distributors, government bodies, and key stakeholders.
• Formulate and implement region-specific marketing and growth strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.
