Python Developer & LLM Engineer (Remote)

Job Description

We’re an early-stage AI initiative building cutting-edge agent-based architectures, including LangChain , MCP (Multi-agent Coordination Protocol) , and A2A (Agent-to-Agent) frameworks.

We are looking for someone who is both a strong Python developer and has hands-on experience with LLM frameworks . This role is not just about experimenting with prompts—it requires building production-grade systems, orchestrating LLMs with external tools, and integrating them into real-world applications.

This is a part-time remote position (10–30 hours / week) with flexible hours and the potential to transition into full-time as the initiative scales. You’ll have the opportunity to work on end-to-end development of next-generation LLM stacks , contribute meaningfully from day one, and grow with the company.

What We’re Looking For

Proven Python development experience , including building, testing, and deploying production-ready applications

Strong experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI / Anthropic APIs, etc.)

Understanding of agent orchestration (MCP, A2A, JSON-RPC interfaces, etc.)

Solid software engineering fundamentals : version control (Git), debugging, unit / integration testing, and clean code practices

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate clearly with distributed teams

Passion for innovation and curiosity about the evolving LLM / AI ecosystem

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript backend frameworks (Node.js, Express, Next.js APIs)

Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Prior contributions to open-source AI / ML projects

Exposure to distributed systems or multi-agent frameworks

Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) for building dashboards or agent UIs

Compensation

Compensation is benchmarked to the equivalent of ₹5–10 Lakh per annum , translated into a flexible daily or hourly rate depending on engagement :

Approx. ₹2,000–₹5,000 per day
