Experience

5 to 15 years

Detailed JD

Quantity take-offs : Calculate quantities of work completed from project drawings, specifications, and site measurements.

Bill preparation : Prepare and submit accurate monthly progress bills (RA bills) for both clients and subcontractors.

Bill verification : Review and certify all bills, including those from subcontractors and for various work items like civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc., and finishing.

Rate analysis : Perform rate analysis for any extra or non-tendered items, which includes preparing supporting documentation.

Contract and compliance : Understand and apply contractual terms, ensuring all billing complies with contract clauses and specifications.

Record keeping : Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all billing transactions, financial documents, and site progress.

Cost control : Monitor project costs against the budget and track expenses, ensuring they align with project estimates.

Client liaison : Collaborate with clients to resolve billing discrepancies, gather necessary information, and get bills certified or approved.

Reporting : Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS reports for management, often involving data entry into company software.
