Purpose of the role :

This position has the responsibility for all microbiological aspects in the laboratory, including regulatory compliance relating to Quality Assurance and Quality Control to ensure that the manufacturing environment, processes and products are within specification.

• Tertiary qualification related to Microbiology
• Strategic to operational influence and input
• Strong communication skills
• Strong prioritization and planning skills
• Builds effective and high performing teams
• Interpersonal savviness and ability to collaborate (A wonderful people person who leads through example)
• Strong project and change management ability
