Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls, emails, and chats related to premium home appliances.
- Assist customers with product unboxing, usage guidance, troubleshooting, and maintenance queries.
- Log and track customer complaints, warranty claims, and service requests in the CRM (Zoho).
- Coordinate with demo experts, service centers, and logistics teams for faster resolution.
- Maintain high standards of service quality aligned with global customer experience benchmarks.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi;regional languages are an advantage.
High empathy and patience while interacting with premium customers.Basic technical troubleshooting ability for home appliances.Good typing speed and proficiency in computer applications;CRM experience preferred.
Prior experience (1–2 years) in customer care for consumer durables / electronics.
