We are currently hiring for a GCC center in India , based out of Hyderabad.

Role : VP Finance

Type : Onsite ( 5 days a week)

Experience : 15–20 years

Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA)

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to join us as VP – Finance. The role will be responsible for driving the finance function with a strong focus on

US accounting, accounts payable, financial controls, budgeting, and compliance & TAX & Regulatory requirements,Transfer pricing and procurement.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with proven experience in leading finance teams and partnering with business leadership to drive financial performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Strategy & Leadership :

Oversee the organization's financial operations, develop long-term financial plans, provide strategic guidance to the executive team, and ensure alignment of financial strategies with overall business goals.

US Accounting & Controllership :

Manage all aspects of corporate accounting, ensure compliance with US GAAP, oversee financial reporting (internal and external), and establish internal control policies and procedures.

Procurement Management :

Lead and develop global procurement strategies, manage the supply chain, oversee direct and indirect material and services procurement, and manage supplier relationships to support business strategy and competitive advantage.

Transfer Pricing Management :

Develop, implement, and manage global transfer pricing policies to ensure compliance with international tax regulations and market-rate (arm's length) pricing for intercompany transactions. This includes documentation, internal controls, and managing potential disputes.

Financial Analysis & Reporting :

Analyze financial data to identify cost optimization opportunities, develop financial models for scenario planning, and prepare financial reports for stakeholders.

Team & Stakeholder Management :

Manage the finance team, including talent development and resource allocation, and represent the organization in financial dealings with external stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) w ith 15–20 year s of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in accounts payable, financial control, accounting standards, and budgeting.
  • Proven track record of managing financial reporting and compliance in complex business environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in SaaS, Manufacturing, BFSI preferred.
