The Opportunity

We're looking for a talented Video Podcast Editor to transform our long-form founder conversations (60-90 minutes) into polished video content that captivates our audience across YouTube, , and other platforms. This role is critical to scaling our video presence as we continue growing our community of startup enthusiasts.

What You'll Do

• Edit 8-10 long-form podcast episodes per month (60-90 minute conversations) into engaging video content
• Create compelling motion graphics intros for podcast episodes that capture attention and set the tone
• Add professional graphics, lower thirds, B-roll, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling
• Ensure audio quality is pristine—removing background noise, balancing levels, and enhancing clarity
• Collaborate with the host to understand the narrative arc and identify the most impactful moments
• Manage the entire post-production workflow from raw footage to final delivery
• Stay current with video trends and platform-specific best practices to maximize reach.
