Role Overview We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Consultant with proven expertise in technical hiring. The ideal candidate is a creative recruiter who excels at sourcing passive talent, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, and building strong networks across communities. You'll play a key role in hiring top-notch professionals for roles in Data Science, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for Data Science, AI / ML, and related technical roles.
• Source and engage passive talent pools through Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networking.
• Build and nurture candidate networks for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and deliver the right talent.
• Work across multiple hiring models : ○ Permanent hiring ○ GCC (Global Capability Center) hiring ○ (Good to have) Contract hiring experience
• Leverage AI-based recruitment tools and advanced sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience with clear and timely communication.
