Role Overview

We are looking for a Flutter Engineer who can take ownership of our mobile applications end-to-end — from architecture and performance optimization to UI polish and app store releases. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to ship new features quickly, iterate based on real feedback, and build delightful experiences for patients and clinicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy production-grade Flutter apps for iOS and Android
  • Collaborate with design and product to build pixel-perfect UIs and smooth UX
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, real-time communication, and secure authentication flows
  • Work with AWS-based microservices, Firebase, and push notifications
  • Ensure high performance and maintainable code using best practices
  • Implement CI / CD pipelines, build automation, and monitoring tools
  • Manage releases on Play Store and App Store
  • Debug production issues and improve stability and performance

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Flutter
  • Experience with state management
  • Knowledge of app lifecycle, background tasks, secure storage, deep linking
  • Experience working with REST APIs, WebSockets, and JSON
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and clean architecture skills
  • Familiarity with Git and agile development workflows

    • Good-to-Have

  • Experience with AI-driven features (speech-to-text, notes generation, etc.)
  • Experience in healthcare apps, accessibility standards, GDPR / HIPAA workflows
  • Familiarity with AWS (Chime, Connect) or Firebase services
  • Knowledge of native iOS / Android for handling platform-specific integrations
  • Prior experience in health-tech
