The Scrum Master is responsible for guiding teams in adopting Agile / Scrum frameworks to facilitate smooth workflow and ensure successful project delivery.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Lead workstreams including reporting, integrations, migration, and front-end processes to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Remove obstacles and enable delivery by identifying impediments, managing dependencies, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Drive continuous improvement through facilitating retrospectives, implementing enhancements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
