Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Bartender role located in Bengaluru South. As a Bartender at 46 Ounces Brewhouse, your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing and serving beverages, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards. You will interact with patrons to provide excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, manage inventory and supplies, and handle cash or digital transactions accurately. You will also contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Skills and experience in Food & Beverage service and Bartending, including knowledge of drink preparation techniques and menu items.
• Proficiency in Cash Handling and the ability to manage transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is a plus.
• A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility with work hours, including evenings and weekends.
