Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, managing client portfolios, and coordinating with the design team to ensure client needs are met. Day-to-day tasks include market research, client meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in business development, sales, and lead generation

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client management and relationship building

Project management and organizational skills

Knowledge of the interior design and architecture industry

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools

Experience in the Indian market is a plus
