We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Administrator with 4-5 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow ITSM platform to support our IT service management processes.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow ITSM platform to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
- Implement and manage incident, problem, change, and request management processes.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to track ITSM performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow users and related applications.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for ServiceNow users.
Skills and Qualifications
4-5 years of experience working with ServiceNow ITSM applications.Strong understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM processes.Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, XML, and CSS for ServiceNow customizations.Experience with ServiceNow administration, including user management, role assignments, and workflows.Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and dashboard functionalities.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow incidents and problems efficiently.Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and users effectively.Skills Required
