Key Responsibilities :
Food & Beverage Management :
- Establish a process and oversee daily operations of the food court
- Review catering and banquet operations. Work with vendors to fix menus and rates.
- Coordinate with vendors for quality, hygiene, and timely services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and participate in internal / external audit.
Events & Gatherings :
Plan and execute events, town halls, conferences and client visitsLiaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors for logistics and setupManage budgets and post event bill clearancesHousekeeping & Soft Services :
Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness across the premisesMonitor service levels and implement improvementsHandle pest control, waste management, and hygienePlan, interview, recruit and deploy contractual staff and oversee shift operation.Travel & Accommodation :
Manage travel bookings and guest house / hotel accommodation for employees and guestsCoordinate with travel agencies and hotels for corporate rates and service qualityEnsure timely and cost-effective arrangements ensuring compliances and statutory requirements.Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or equivalent4–6 years of experience in managing facilities and hospitalities services in corporates / hotels.Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skillsAbility to multitaskPreferred Skills :
Proficiency in MS Office and facility management toolsExperience in handling F&B, soft services and eventsKnowledge of compliance and safety standardsSkills Required
