Product Manager - MSME Lending

Job descriptionDevelop and manage product strategy, business plans, and distribution models for MSME lending. Design, enhance, and monitor corporate lending products such as Term Loans, Working Capital, Supply Chain Finance, Bill Discounting, and Equipment / Machinery Finance. Drive marketing initiatives and growth strategies to increase customer acquisition and portfolio penetration. Manage P&L accountability for MSME lending products, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth. Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines to identify opportunities for product innovation. Collaborate with credit, risk, operations, and sales teams for seamless product execution and process improvements. Support training and enablement of sales teams to strengthen product distribution.
Required Candidate Profile :
- Degree required; MBA / PGDM in Finance / Marketing.
- 8+ years of experience in Corporate Lending / MSME Lending with exposure to product management.
- Hands-on experience in lending products with ticket sizes of - 10 Cr and above.
- Strong understanding of credit assessment, structuring, and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated expertise in Working Capital, Term Loan, Supply Chain Finance, Bill Discounting, and Equipment Finance.
