This entire application is a test. We want to see how you analyse, how you hustle, and how you ship.

Your Mission (Submit all 4 parts) :

1. Prove You're On-Chain.

2. The $0 Guerilla Sprint. Spend time on Now, put yourself in our shoes as a founder. Give us your 7-day guerrilla marketing sprint to get our first 100 true-fan users. The budget is $0. We're not looking for a 10-page doc. We're looking for an unhinged, brilliant, and practical plan we could execute tomorrow. Give us the channels, the core message, the exact tactics, and why it will work on this specific audience.

3. The 1-Page Competitor Analysis. Research how our competitors got their first 1,000 users. Draft a 1-page growth plan based only on the tactics that worked for them. We want to see if you can reverse-engineer a successful launch.

4. The Value Prop. How would you market Qrypton.trade against a Telegram bot like Trojan or Bonkbot? What's our core message?
