Job Type : Full-Time

Location : Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand

We are seeking highly qualified and dedicated faculty members for Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics to join our prestigious IIT-JEE Classroom Program. The ideal candidate must possess deep subject expertise, strong classroom management skills, and a passion for shaping young engineering aspirants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality classroom teaching for IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced) level.
  • Prepare comprehensive and result-oriented study materials, assignments, and lecture notes.
  • Conduct regular tests, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback to students.
  • Mentor, motivate, and guide students to achieve their highest academic potential.
  • Create a positive and effective learning environment that encourages conceptual clarity and problem-solving.
  • Coordinate with fellow faculty members for curriculum planning and academic updates.
  • Prepare students for competitive exams including NTSE, KVPY, and Olympiads , where required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education : B.Tech / BE from a premier institute (IIT / NIT preferred).
  • Experience : Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience for IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced) levels.
  • Prior experience with reputed coaching institutes like FIITJEE, VMC, Resonance, Allen, or Narayana will be a strong advantage.
  • Strong command over subject fundamentals and advanced problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design tests, study plans, and remedial programs.
