Accion Labs -.Net Developer - C# / Azure

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of developers and testers, providing technical guidance and best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure applications using .NET Core, C#, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and architects to define technical requirements and solutions.
• Oversee code quality, enforce coding standards, and conduct code reviews.
• Drive the adoption of modern practices such as CI / CD, cloud deployment (Azure / AWS), and microservices architecture.
• Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and ensure application reliability and security.
• Manage project timelines, ensure deliverables, and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements for continuous Skills & Qualifications :
• 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 34 years in a Lead / Architect role.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ.
• Experience with front-end frameworks (Angular / React / Blazor)
• Good understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design.
• Experience in Agile / Scrum methodology.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership Qualifications :
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines.
• Exposure to Microservices architecture & containerization (Docker / Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of unit testing, automated testing frameworks, and code coverage tools.
• Ability to handle stakeholder management and client interactions
