The Role :

We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and execution-driven Founders Associate with solid project management abilities to work directly with our leadership team. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy and operations, translating ideas into impact across GTM, Sales, Customer Success, and Product functions. If you thrive in chaos, love solving high-velocity problems, and want to understand what it takes to scale a SaaS startup from the inside out, this role is your launchpad.

What You’ll Do : Project Management :

  • Chunking : Break down complex objectives into clear, actionable tasks with precise estimations.
  • Stakeholders : Identify all key participants early and align responsibilities seamlessly.
  • Deadlines : Define realistic deadlines, ensuring timely delivery without compromise.
  • Efficiency : Design and maintain an efficient execution flow for every project.
  • Follow-up : Build a disciplined follow-up mechanism to keep tasks moving without friction.
  • Accountability : Own organization-wide strategic projects with unwavering accountability.
  • Proactivity : Anticipate risks and create proactive solutions to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Collaboration : Ensure communication loops between stakeholders are tight, transparent, and outcome-focused.
  • Outcome-driven : Measure success through tangible results such as delivery speed, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.

GTM & Strategy

  • Partner with the founders to define, execute, and track key GTM initiatives.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, whitespace, and positioning opportunities.
  • Assist in pricing strategies, ICP definition, and narrative building.

    • Customer Success

  • Support success initiatives focused on customer renewals, product adoption, and impact tracking.
  • Drive collaboration across Product and Success teams to enhance customer experience and usage metrics.

    • Cross-Functional Execution

  • Work closely with Marketing to align messaging, value propositions, and sales assets.
  • Collaborate with Product on roadmap insights, feature comparisons, and market feedback loops.
  • Contribute to company-wide projects like benchmarking, reporting, and process optimization.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Strong understanding of SaaS, GTM models
  • Analytical mindset with comfort around data interpretation and decision-making
  • Experience working cross-functionally, ideally in a fast-paced startup or SaaS setup
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, able to turn strategy into a compelling narrative
  • Hunger to learn, adapt fast, and get things done, no task too small, no challenge too complex
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple parallel projects with high ownership and precision
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect strategic goals to tactical execution
