Key Responsibilities

Design & Development : Build responsive, interactive websites using Webflow, ensuring seamless user experiences across devices.

Interactive Elements : Implement animations, transitions, and interactive components to enhance user engagement.

CMS Management : Utilize Webflow's CMS to create and manage dynamic content structures.

Collaboration : Work closely with designers, content creators, and other developers to translate design mockups into functional websites.

Performance Optimization : Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and overall performance.

Maintenance & Updates : Regularly update website content, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Webflow : Demonstrated experience in building websites using Webflow, including CMS and e-commerce functionalities.

Front-End Development : Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize and enhance Webflow projects.

Design Acumen : Ability to interpret and implement design mockups from tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Responsive Design : Experience in creating mobile-first designs that function flawlessly across various devices and browsers.

SEO Best Practices : Knowledge of on-page SEO techniques and Webflow's SEO tools.

Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve website issues efficiently.

Animation Libraries : Familiarity with tools like Lottie, GSAP, or similar for advanced animations.

API Integrations : Experience integrating third-party services and APIs into Webflow projects.

Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
