Role Description
This is a full-time, role for a Sales Executive across Nelamangala & Yelahanka. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and following up on leads, meeting with clients to understand their needs, developing sales strategies, and presenting our Ready-Mix Concrete solutions. Additionally, the role involves maintaining customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Executive will work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
Knowledge of the construction industry and familiarity with Ready-Mix Concrete is a plus
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Willingness to travel within the designated regions for client meetings and site visits
