Job Title : HR Intern (Unpaid – 3 Months)
Location : OMR, Chennai
Duration : 3 Months (Full-time)
Stipend : Unpaid (Internship Completion Certificate will be provided)
About the Role :
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience in various Human Resources functions. This internship will provide exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and policy implementation, giving interns an opportunity to build a strong foundation for their career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support in onboarding & induction formalities for new joiners.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Help in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Assist in preparing and updating HR-related reports, MIS, and presentations .
- Support in handling day-to-day HR queries from employees.
- Coordinate with the HR team on policy communication, payroll basics, and compliance activities .
- Participate in exit process support such as scheduling exit interviews and documentation.
Desired Skills & Qualities :
Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.Eligibility :
