Cold Email & LinkedIn Outreach Specialist (Freelance / Remote)

We’re looking for a lead generation expert with hands-on experience in building and managing cold email outreach and automation campaigns using advanced tools like Apollo , Clay , and other AI-powered systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage highly targeted prospect lists using Apollo, Clay, or similar data-enrichment tools.
• Set up and run multi-step cold email campaigns ensuring deliverability (SPF / DKIM / DMARC, warmup, inbox rotation).
• Write or optimise email copy and follow-up sequences that drive replies and meetings.
• Use automation tools (e.g. Expandi, Phantombuster, Dripify, Sales Navigator) for outreach and engagement.
• Track and report campaign metrics - open rates, reply rates, meeting conversions.
• Continuously test, iterate, and optimise for better performance.
