Role - Data Analyst

Experience - 3-5 yrs

Location - Bangalore

  • 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in product-focused or AI-first environments.
  • Proficiency in SQL (MySQL preferred) — comfortable with writing complex, optimized queries.
  • Hands-on expertise in Metabase or similar BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Superset).
  • Strong understanding of product analytics and voice AI metrics : funnel analysis, retention,

conversation quality, and engagement.

  • Ability to work with AI product teams and understand how agent performance data drives continuous improvements.

    • Excellent data storytelling, visualization, and communication skills.

  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for quick insights and reporting.
