What You’ll Do
- Lead Growth Initiatives : Design and execute strategic campaigns for user acquisition, retention, and engagement both online and offline.
- Data-Driven Scaling : Use metrics, and market feedback to optimize funnels, pricing, messaging, and targeting.
- Cross-functional Execution : Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Ops teams to ensure growth objectives are deeply embedded into the product roadmap and customer experience.
- Market Intelligence : Run user research, and market mapping to guide strategic decision-making.
