Job Description : -

A RAN solution architect is responsible for the technical requirements of RAN networks, including designing and developing solutions that meet customer needs. They also ensure that the selected technology and equipment meet those requirements and are integrated into the network architecture.

He / She is Responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable technical solutions in RAN technical domain based on the customer specifications and business needs.

He / She is Responsible for short and long-term profitable business for RSystems to translate the customer need and opportunities into detailed offerings, solutions and proposals.

Here are some responsibilities of a RAN solution Architect :

• Analyze customer needs : Collaborate with customers to understand their technology and business environment, as well as their requirements and challenges
• Develop solutions : Defines scope, crafts & creates technical solutions & offerings that are commercially viable and meet customer specifications and drives end to end technical solution
• Design and maintain architecture : Develop and maintain the RAN architecture, including architectural standards and best practices
• Develop technical presentations and proposal s and present to customers
• Plan capacity : Conduct capacity planning to optimize network performance
• Select equipment : Choose the appropriate technology and equipment to meet the technical requirements
• Work with stakeholders : Collaborate with network operators, vendors, and suppliers to ensure the solution integrates seamlessly into the network architecture
• Support deployment : Support the deployment of solutions and provide feedback to R&D
• Share knowledge : Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing
• Enables competency build, keep abreast of new technology and share information
• Drive innovation : Support innovations and automation initiatives
• RAN solution architects should have a combination of hard and soft skills, including strong knowledge of business processes, IT systems, and solutions. They should also be able to communicate complex software processes
