Position : OMS Developer Lead

Mandatory skills : Java, Microservice , AWS , Sterling

Knowledge of Sterling Package implementation- Possesses the technical knowledge of researching, comparing, selecting, implementing, and supporting the IBM Sterling Commerce package applications. Demonstrated experience with the following Sterling Commerce components (version 8.5 or higher, preferably version 10) :

Sterling Order Management System

Sterling Payment

Sterling Global Inventory Visibility

Sterling Pricing and Promotions

Experience of integrating with Application Service Providers- Possesses the technical knowledge of designing, developing, and implementing integrations with hosted solutions. Familiarity with Web Services (SOAP / HTTP, XML / HTTP, HTTPS, MQ)

Strong Java / J2EE knowledge is a must

Knowledge in designing and maintaining Springboot Microservice applications, cloud knowledge etc will have special considerations

Recommended to have experience working on multiple organization framework in Sterling with clear clarity on variations on when to use a multi organization Vs single Org

Should possess clear knowledge on what can be re-used and what needs to be maintained separately with Technical and Functional briefing in a multi org set up and associated omni channel fulfilments with this model

At least 5 years of experience with IBM Sterling Selling and Fulfillment and / or IBM Sterling Multi-Channel Fulfillment Solutions (versions 8.5, 9.1, 9.2 and above), particularly in key modules : Sterling Payment, Sterling Global Inventory Visibility, Sterling Pricing and Promotions, Sterling Order Management System, Sterling Supply Chain and Collaboration

Working experience in Sterling COM, SOM RCP client and high level understanding of Inventory Management, Order Management, Delivery Management, Shipment and related areas .

Resource is expected to have strong expertise on Sterling OMS and is expected to work on incident tickets / production issues / application monitoring.

Strong communication skills and should have good analytical skills.

Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution

Strong knowledge of package software applications, software development, and integration technologies

8+ years of project full life-cycle experience

Demonstrated technical understanding of the Order Management domain.

Expert in mentoring the new team members and trainees in the team and transitioning the technical and functional details of the application.

Monitoring various phases of order flow and proactively identifying and resolving issues.

Creating reports based on the business requirement through automated PL SQL procedures.

Excellent leadership, guidance, training and mentoring, the new team members and trainees in the team and transition.

Pro-actively monitoring various inventory activities between different systems.

Worked on Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management.

Good understanding on defect Analysis and should provide resolution for recurring issues.

Excellent in providing technical and functional expertise to drive and resolve issues.

Should be able to drive automation and bridges during critical issues.

Experience working in a Production Support project.
