Salary : Up to ₹20 LPA + 23% Variable Pay

About the Role

Join our client’s Industrial Consulting Practice and explore endless opportunities to solve complex business challenges. You will work with exceptional people, cutting-edge technologies, and leading organizations across industries to drive large-scale SAP S / 4 HANA transformation programs.

This role is part of the Intelligent Functions team , focusing on SAP Platforms-driven business design, assessment, solutioning, and implementation for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

Support Platforms-driven business design including value assessment, business case creation, and business process re-engineering.
Deliver solutions across the SAP S / 4 HANA ERP landscape with strong strategic awareness of SAP technologies.
Work as a SAP Functional Solution Architect , managing end-to-end RFP responses and client solutioning.
Engage with clients for requirements gathering, solution scoping, and roadmap development.
Support business development with proposals, solution design, and delivery planning.
Drive integration with ERP solutions including SAP, and develop Proof of Concepts when needed.

Required Skills & Expertise

2–7 years of experience in SAP S / 4 HANA modules (MM / SD / PP / QM / eWM / IBP).

Prior experience in 2–3 large-scale SAP transformation or implementation programs for global clients.

Hands-on expertise as an end-to-end SAP Solution / Functional Architect for RFPs.

Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to thrive in cross-cultural and dynamic environments.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA from Tier-1 or Tier-2 Business Schools.

Prior experience in industrial verticals highly desirable.

Proven track record in client-facing consulting roles .
