Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer - Power Platform

Description : About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our technology team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and integrating solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical best practices.

You will collaborate closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and other developers to deliver scalable and efficient solutions across CRM and ERP modules.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 applications (CRM / Finance & Operations / Business Central) to meet business requirements.
• Implement custom plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and business rules.
• Build and maintain PowerApps, Power BI dashboards, and integrations within the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain custom APIs, web services, and data integrations with external systems using C#, .NET, and Azure services.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements, design system architecture, and define data models.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Dynamics 365 solutions for performance and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with Microsoft best practices, coding standards, and data security guidelines.
• Support deployment, version control, and documentation of solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure features to recommend enhancements and innovations.
