Who We’re Looking For

Academic Qualifications

Engineering Disciplines (ME & AE) :

B.E. / B.Tech., M.E. / M.Tech., and Ph.D. in the relevant engineering specialization

Humanities & Social Sciences (Psychology, JMC, Economics) :

Master’s degree and Ph.D. in the relevant discipline

Experience

Minimum 15 years of academic and / or research experience

At least 5 years post-Ph.D. in a senior academic or research role

Proven record of 10+ research publications in reputed, peer-reviewed journals

Demonstrated excellence in teaching, research, and academic contributions

Key Competencies

Strong academic leadership and strategic mindset

Proven research capability with a history of funded or impactful projects

Effective communication, mentorship, and student engagement skills

Ability to contribute to curriculum design, accreditation processes, and departmental development

Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, innovation, and inclusion
