Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with clients to assess business needs, supply chain processes, and system gaps
- Analyze existing workflows to identify opportunities for optimization through Kinaxis RapidResponse
Kinaxis Configuration & Customization
Design, build, and configure Kinaxis RapidResponse applications tailored to specific client requirementsDevelop data models, configure modules, and implement custom scripts (e.g., RapidTables)Ensure accurate and efficient flow of data across modules and connected systemsProject Delivery & Support
Work closely with cross-functional teams (internal & client) to deliver projects on time and within scopeProvide technical troubleshooting and support for deployed Kinaxis solutionsMaintain thorough documentation for configurations, customizations, and system integrationsContinuous Improvement
Stay updated with new Kinaxis platform capabilities and supply chain best practicesIdentify opportunities to improve existing implementations and recommend value-added enhancementsQualifications
Education :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related fieldExperience :
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar supply chain planning platformsTechnical Skills
Kinaxis RapidResponse Expertise :
Modules : Master Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)Scripting : Advanced experience with Kinaxis scripting (e.g., RapidTables)Integrations : Experience integrating Kinaxis with ERP, CRM, WMS via APIs, middleware, or ETL toolsData Modeling : Designing scalable, accurate data models within the Kinaxis environmentReporting : Developing reports and dashboards using built-in tools or integrating with Power BI / TableauData & Analytics :
Proficient in SQL for data extraction and transformation (ETL)Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)Familiarity with data lakes and data warehousing is a plusCloud & DevOps :
Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS , Azure , or Google Cloud PlatformUnderstanding of cloud-native supply chain tools is a bonusProject & Agile Tools :
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)Familiarity with project management tools like Jira , Confluence , or AsanaKey Competencies
