Role Description
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for promoting and selling our portfolio of technology-driven and professional certification programs to individual learners and corporate clients. The role requires a strong understanding of the EdTech ecosystem, excellent communication skills, and a track record of achieving sales targets in the training or education sector.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and convert leads into enrollments for technology and professional courses such as Data Science, Cyber Security, Agile, AI, and Cloud Computing.
Conduct consultations with prospective learners to understand their goals and recommend the most suitable programs.
Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation, follow-up, and counseling to closing.
Maintain CRM records accurately and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with individual learners and corporate clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, webinars, and lead-generation initiatives.
Stay updated with emerging trends in EdTech, course offerings, and competitive landscape.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.
Represent Blue Ocean professionally in all interactions, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
