Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Broker at Goshawk Logistics Inc in Mohali, india . The Freight Broker will be responsible for a range of duties which will include customer service, dispatching, account management, brokerage, and freight brokerage.

Qualifications

Fresher or 6 months Experience in Freight Brokerage

Strong customer service, account management, and dispatching skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to resolve conflicts and problem-solve

Experience working with transportation management systems (TMS)

Attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize workload

Experience and understanding of domestic and international shipping process is an asset
