Trendz Institute of Fashion Technology (TIFT) provides alternative career options to students after 10th, 12th, or graduation by offering specialised courses in Fashion Design, Interior Design, Fashion Photography, Makeup Artistry, and more. TIFT was established by experienced professionals who transitioned to the education sector after building a well-known exhibitions and events company. The institute's foundation is rooted in extensive experience from organizing over 200 exhibitions across major cities such as Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Cochin, Coimbatore, Vizag, and Vijayawada, primarily in southern India.

TIFT is seeking a sales-driven, dynamic, and self-motivated Assistant Centre Manager with strong experience in counselling, student mobilization, and centre operations within the education, training, fashion, beauty or wellness industry.

This is a performance-oriented role requiring excellent communication, strong follow-up skills, and a proven track record in achieving admissions targets.

Key Responsibilities

(Role is 80% Sales + 20% Centre Operations)

Sales & Admissions

  • Counsel prospective students on courses, fee structure, career options, and admission process
  • Convert walk-ins, leads, and inquiries into confirmed admissions
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Conduct seminars, presentations, workshops, and field visits to mobilize students
  • Ensure 100% conversion of hot leads, both online and offline
  • Promote courses online & offline through planned marketing activities

Centre Operations

  • Manage day-to-day centre operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Prepare and share accurate MIS reports
  • Maintain a professional environment and ensure process compliance
  • Support batch scheduling, examination coordination, and attendance monitoring
  • Coordinate with faculty for industry visits, internships, and placement activities
  • Handle student concerns through monthly open house interactions
  • Required Experience & Skills

  • Graduate with 7–8 years experience OR MBA with 5+ years of sales / counselling experience
  • Strong background in the education / training industry is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu
  • Strong persuasion, follow-up, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver month-on-month results
  • Proficiency in MS Office
