VP / Sr. VP OPERATIONS

@BANGALORE, VP / Sr. VP OPERATIONS required for one of the Biggest Apparel manufacturing Group with State of art in-house manufacturing facilities catering to some of the most popular USA and European Brands.

Exp : 23 - 30 yrs / open

Salary; INR 95 - 105 Lacs PA / (nego) + Incentives

Prefer with Expertise in WOVENS.

Will be required to handle approx. 3000 machines capacity as a PCH.

Prefer professionals with strong understanding of IE / Planning and other LEAN Manufacturing concepts along with strong business acumen.

Prefer from IE / PPC Background.

Will be responsible to bring in PROCESS EXCELLENCE across all manufacturing related departments & activities - ensuring on time shipments, maintaining the AQL, achieving the target Costs, efficiency, etc.

Prefer with international work experience and at similar level / Position.

Prefer Professionals with formal education in Apparel Manufacturing, Planning, IE ( Any Engineering ), Textiles or related fields from a premium institute.

Should have excellent communication skills ( Written and Verbal ) and presentations skills.

Should have strong people and work management skills.

Should be a Strong leader and a team player.

Reporting to the Board

Professionals with experience in Apparel / Clothing / Garment manufacturing Companies will only qualify for this position.
