Join our dynamic team of Customer Success and make use of your hunting, analytical and negotiation skills to retain existing clients. As Customer Success Executive, you will engage with SMEs and advise them on the best solution to adopt for their business.
What will you do?
As Customer Success Executive, youll be responsible for managing our existing customer accounts, ensuring seamless on boarding, customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with a number of clients from various industriesranging from small businesses to large-scale enterprisesguiding them through their Odoo software journey and maximizing its value for their business operations.
