Role Overview
We are looking for a Learning Operations Associate to oversee student onboarding, query resolution, and enhance student success initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and prior experience in EdTech to drive operational efficiency and improve student outcomes
Prime Responsibilities
- Manage student cohorts, orientation programs, and engagement initiatives.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in student learning and placement processes.
- Track student progress and resolve queries.
- Maintain accurate data and generate reports for analysis.
- Collaborate with students and internal teams to facilitate smooth processes.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with students.
- Implement process optimizations, automation, and data-driven decision-making for operational efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive student success and operational improvements.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree from a Tier I or Tier II college (MBA preferred).1+ years of experience in operations, customer support, or student engagement, preferably inEdTech.Proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting).Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.Experience in process optimization, data-driven decision-making, and strategic planning.Hands-on experience in startups or competitive environments is a plus.Why Join Us
