Farvision Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Farvision Executive with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Farvision ERP. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day ERP operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments, supporting users, and contributing to process optimization within the Farvision environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee day-to-day Farvision ERP operations across modules (Sales, CRM, Finance, Purchase, Inventory, Projects, HR, etc.).

Handle data entry, validation, and reporting to maintain accuracy and compliance.

Support end-users by resolving functional and technical issues related to Farvision ERP.

Generate, analyze, and share MIS reports, dashboards, and custom reports as per business needs.

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Ensure timely billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment tracking using Farvision.

Provide training and support to new team members on Farvision ERP processes.

Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Skills & Competencies

2–5 years of proven hands-on experience in Farvision ERP.

Good understanding of real estate / construction business processes.

Strong knowledge of modules such as CRM, Sales, Finance, Projects, Purchase, and Inventory.

Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).

Ability to analyze data and generate insightful MIS reports.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualifications

Graduate in Commerce / Management / IT / Finance (B.Com, BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, etc.) or equivalent.

Prior work experience in real estate, construction, or related industries will be an added advantage.
