Job Responsibilities :

1. Analyze business talent requirements based on business and HR planning, and develop talent supply strategies and plans.

2. Be responsible for recruitment delivery, managing the end-to-end recruitment process including requirement clarification, talent sourcing, candidate assessment, and hiring management.

3. Maintain and expand recruitment channels, evaluate and onboard suppliers, and enhance the effectiveness of all channels through dynamic management.

4. Build recruitment capabilities, continuously empower the recruitment system, and improve recruitment quality.

Job Requirements :

1. Goal-oriented, interested in recruitment, and with a certain understanding of recruitment.

2. Willing to proactively learn, quickly identify key points, translate them into actionable plans, and communicate, drive, and execute them.

3. Willing to delve into business operations, capable of discerning business needs, and possessing strong interpersonal sensitivity.
