Financial Management Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to oversee and manage our company's financial accounting functions.

• Ensures accurate financial reporting, maintains fiscal discipline, and supports overall construction project success.
• Responsible for all aspects of accounting operations and cash management, including production of periodic financial reports.

Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing monthly and quarterly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

This role requires a CA / CPA with 2-3 years of experience in the real estate / construction industry. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with strong attention to detail and quality of deliverables.
