Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Communication Analyst with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in managing operations. The ideal candidate must have practical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the ability to prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and monitor daily communication operations across teams.
- Analyze data, communication patterns, and workflow performance to identify improvement areas.
- Work extensively on CRM Dynamics for tracking, updating, and maintaining customer information.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on communication metrics, productivity, and process performance.
- Create professional PPT presentations for internal reviews, management meetings, and client discussions.
- Develop dashboards and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication processes.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure timely resolutions.
Required Skills :
Strong analytical and operational management skills.Mandatory : Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM .Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and presentations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities.Education :
