We are looking for a Performance Marketing Expert to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and has hands-on experience managing campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Ads , and other paid channels.
- Manage ToFu–MoFu–BoFu ad funnels and retargeting campaigns to maximize lead conversions.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
- Conduct A / B testing for creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce effective ad creatives.
- Track and analyze user journeys using tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity .
- Prepare campaign performance reports and actionable insights for management.
- Research market trends, competitor strategies, and keyword opportunities.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns stay within allocated limits.
- Experiment with new channels and campaign types (e.g., YouTube Ads, Performance Max, or remarketing lists).
Required Skills & Experience
Proven track record of managing ₹2L+ monthly ad budgets with measurable ROI.Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Campaign Manager .Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking .Deep understanding of funnel-based marketing, audience segmentation, and retargeting.Hands-on experience with A / B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into strategy.Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization (preferably on platforms like WordPress or React / Next.js).Familiarity with email automation, remarketing flows , and CRM integrations is a plus.Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads or Meta Certified Professional.Experience with SaaS, HRTech, or B2B campaigns.Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hotjar, n8n, or Zapier .What We Offer
