About the Project

InstaSupply is building a full ecosystem for construction materials :

• Customer app with AI-powered search
• Supplier app with automated catalog sync
• Driver app with real-time tracking
• Admin dashboards
• Integrations with Shopify, Clover, QuickBooks, WooCommerce, and more

You will handle the AI search system and the supplier product sync pipelines .

What You Will Build

AI-powered product search using LLMs + embeddings

Semantic search + autocomplete logic

Vector database setup (Pinecone / Qdrant)

RAG pipeline for optimized search results

Supplier product sync flows (Shopify / Clover / QuickBooks)

Webhook systems for real-time inventory updates

Data processors for catalog import, mapping, and validation

Authentication + OAuth flows for supplier integrations

API endpoints for the mobile apps to consume search results

Core Responsibilities

Implement LLM-based search and embedding pipelines

Build integration services for Shopify, Clover, QuickBooks

Create webhooks + cron jobs for daily / real-time sync

Map supplier data into InstaSupply’s product schema

Build scalable microservices for search & sync

Work closely with backend and mobile engineers

Ensure clean documentation and reliable logging

Required Skills

Strong Node.Js

Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate)

Hands-on with LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Llama)

Experience integrating third-party APIs (Shopify / QuickBooks / Clover)

OAuth 2.0 + Webhooks

REST API design

ETL pipelines

Strong debugging + problem-solving

Bonus Skills

Experience with eCommerce or marketplace platforms

Handling rate limits, retries, and error queues

Data modeling and schema design

FastAPI or Express.Js

AWS Lambda / ECS / Cloud Functions
