Junior Accountant

The Role :

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. You’ll support day-to-day accounting operations, help maintain accurate financial records, and assist in preparing reports and reconciliations. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, eager to grow their accounting expertise in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Data Entry & Record Keeping : Maintain up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Reconciliations : Assist in performing monthly bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Reporting Support : Help prepare basic financial reports and summaries for management review.
• Invoicing & Payments : Support the processing of invoices, receipts, and expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Audit & Compliance Assistance : Provide documentation and support during audits and internal reviews.
• Budget & Forecast Assistance : Contribute to data gathering for budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Process Support : Participate in improving financial workflows and maintaining accounting best practices.
