Creative Designer – Ads & Social Media (Full-Time, Remote)

As a designer, you will work on both premium international campaigns with strict brand standards and local campaigns that need fast, eye-catching designs.

Role & Responsibilities

Design daily ad creatives, banners, posts, and stories for clients across different industries.

Adapt designs to correct ad formats (1080x1920, 1080x1080, 1080x1350, etc.).

Do video editing and resizing (text overlays, trimming, platform-ready edits).

Research competitor ads and create fresh, innovative ideas that perform better.

Work with client-provided sheets (offers, logos, images) and deliver creatives in an organized way.

Handle both premium international clients and local SMEs, following strict brand guidelines where needed.

Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Canva AI to speed up creative thinking and improve quality.

Deliver work on time with good quality, ready for ad campaigns.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of Photoshop or Canva (must have).

Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).

Experience creating ad creatives for Meta & Google Ads .

Ability to research competitors and suggest fresh ideas.

Good sense of layout, typography, and ad performance design.

Fast, organized, and open to feedback.

Work Style

Remote full-time role (8 hours per day).

Work monitored with professional activity tracking tools.

Own laptop / system required.

No paid leaves in the first 3 months.

Salary & Growth

Starting range : ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 / month depending on skills and portfolio.

Salary reviews every 3 months, based on clear, trackable metrics :

Output – number of creatives delivered per week.

Approval Rate – % of creatives approved without major revisions.

Turnaround Time – how quickly tasks are delivered once details are given.

Variation & Creativity – providing fresh concepts and multiple options.

Client Feedback – simple satisfaction rating.

Exceeding expectations consistently will lead to higher pay within 6–12 months, based on performance and company growth.
