Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Sales Hunter who :
Thrives in startup environmentsSells strategic consulting + AI engineering + platform offeringsUnderstands how to convert POCs into multi-year transformation dealsCan run Alliances with leading ISVs like Anthropic, OpenAI, LlamaIndexDrives net new revenue while building trusted CXO relationshipsYou will be the first point of contact for enterprise accounts — shaping conversations from AI strategy to platform deployment.
What You’ll Do
Own the full new business sales cycle — from prospecting to closeBuild and manage a pipeline of $10–15M+ annual potential revenueTarget CIO / CTO / CDO / CDAO / CMO / VP Data / VP AI / VP EngineeringArticulate NStarX’s AI Engineering & “Service-as-Software” value propositionSell consulting-led + IP-powered engagementsLead use-case discovery, value positioning & AI business casesCollaborate with technical pre-sales, solution architects & delivery leadsClose 6- to 7-figure deals in enterprise environmentsRepresent NStarX at conferences, customer workshops, and onsite sessionsWork with CRO on scaling US GTM motionsIdeal Experience
12+ years in enterprise consulting or software services salesProven experience selling AI / ML, Cloud, Data, or Digital Engineering servicesExperience with consulting + platform / subscription salesPrior experience working with startups or fast-scaling tech firmsTrack record of closing new logos worth $2M-$5MStrong storytelling, value selling, and problem framing skillsExperience selling into 2–3 core verticals (e.g., ISV, Healthcare, Media, Financial Services, Industrial)Who You Are
