Business Development Executive

Micro Access Pvt Ltd – On-Site | Full Time (9 AM – 7 PM)

About the Role

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and grow our IT solutions business. This is a field role requiring regular client meetings, cold outreach, and relationship building. You’ll be on the front line of identifying opportunities, pitching tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls, visits, and networking.
  • Meet prospective clients and present IT solutions that match their needs.
  • Prepare and share proposals, ensure timely follow-ups, and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions.
  • Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business.

What We Expect

  • Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable in a field-sales environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and good English language skills.
  • Two-wheeler required (petrol allowance provided).
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and client requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
  • In exceptional circumstances, if required, temporary work outside the usual profile may be assigned.
  • Salary

    ₹3 – 4 Lakh per annum
