About the Role
We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and grow our IT solutions business. This is a field role requiring regular client meetings, cold outreach, and relationship building. You’ll be on the front line of identifying opportunities, pitching tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls, visits, and networking.
- Meet prospective clients and present IT solutions that match their needs.
- Prepare and share proposals, ensure timely follow-ups, and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions.
- Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business.
What We Expect
Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable in a field-sales environment.Strong communication, presentation, and good English language skills.Two-wheeler required (petrol allowance provided).Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and client requirements.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.In exceptional circumstances, if required, temporary work outside the usual profile may be assigned.Salary
₹3 – 4 Lakh per annum
