Job Description : We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Financial Insurance Advisors . In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized insurance solutions to clients, building long-term relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities : Identify and reach out to potential customers. Understand clients’ financial needs and suggest suitable insurance plans. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with Axis Max Life products and compliance policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications : Minimum qualification : 12th pass (Graduation preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of insurance / financial products (training will be provided). Sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
